For more than 30 years, we've combined deep asset-health expertise, data and technology to help customers improve the performance and longevity of their critical mining equipment.
Today, we're bringing together decades of industry knowledge, advanced analytics, automation and AI to strengthen our solutions and deliver even greater value to our customers around the world.
The Chance
We're looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our global team and play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, driving adoption and ensuring our customers realise measurable value from Dingo's solutions.
This is not your typical Account Manager role.
We're looking for someone who understands mining maintenance, equipment reliability and asset health, and can combine that technical knowledge with strong relationship management and commercial awareness.
You'll work directly with maintenance, reliability and operational teams, helping customers connect Dingo's technology and insights to their maintenance strategies and operational priorities.
As the primary relationship contact for your assigned customers, you'll work closely with our Services, Implementation, Product, Engineering and Sales teams to ensure customers receive the right support, achieve meaningful outcomes and continue to see value in their partnership with Dingo.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build strong customer partnerships - Develop trusted relationships with maintenance, reliability, operational and senior leadership teams across your customer portfolio.
- Drive customer value - Help customers maximise the benefits of Dingo's predictive maintenance solutions, translating technical insights into measurable reliability and operational improvements.
- Own account health and retention - Understand customer priorities, monitor engagement and adoption, identify risks early and coordinate actions to strengthen long-term relationships.
- Lead customer engagement - Facilitate regular customer reviews, performance discussions and strategic planning to ensure alignment on priorities, expectations and outcomes.
- Identify commercial opportunities - Recognise opportunities for renewals, account expansion and additional value, working collaboratively with Sales and other internal teams.
- Connect our technical expertise - Bring together the right people across Dingo to address customer needs, resolve challenges and support continuous improvement.
- Champion the customer - Share customer feedback, industry insights and emerging needs to help influence how we continue to evolve our products and services.
What You'll Bring
We're particularly interested in people with a strong technical background in mining maintenance or reliability who are looking to apply their experience in a broader customer-facing role.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Experience in mining maintenance, equipment reliability, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance or a closely related technical field.
- A sound understanding of heavy mobile equipment, asset health and maintenance practices within mining environments.
- Experience managing customer relationships, engaging stakeholders or working in a technical advisory, customer success or account management capacity.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with everyone from site-based maintenance teams through to senior operational and executive stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities, demonstrate value and contribute to customer retention and account growth.
- Confidence working with technology, data, analytics and digital platforms to support better customer outcomes.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with strong ownership and follow-through.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages highly regarded for relevant regional portfolios.
A qualification in mechanical engineering, reliability engineering or a related technical discipline would be advantageous.
You don't necessarily need to have held the title of Technical Account Manager before. If you have a strong mining maintenance or reliability background, enjoy working with customers and can connect technical knowledge with business outcomes, we'd like to hear from you.
Why Join Dingo?
At Dingo, you'll have the opportunity to combine your industry experience with technology that makes a real difference to mining operations around the world.
You'll be part of a globally connected team working with leading mining organisations, supported by deep technical expertise and more than three decades of asset-health knowledge.
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Build long-term partnerships with some of the world's leading mining companies.
- Apply your technical knowledge beyond the mine site and influence customer strategy and outcomes.
- Work with predictive maintenance technology, advanced analytics and evolving AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with experienced technical and commercial professionals across our global business.
- Develop your career through a structured growth framework that recognises technical capability, customer influence and commercial contribution.
Additional Information
This is a customer-facing role requiring regular engagement with mining operations and customer stakeholders. Travel across the assigned region, including mine-site visits, is expected, approximately 25% depending on the customer portfolio.
