WE’RE HIRING- TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER

Eclipse E-Line Services Inc. Calgary, Alberta

Eclipse E-Line Services Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Manager with solid cased-hole wireline knowledge and the ability to lead, develop, and hold a sales team accountable.

This role carries responsibility for both business development and sales team performance. We’re looking for a technically credible leader who can support customers, coach junior salespeople, and bring structure and follow-through to our sales efforts across Western Canada.

What you’ll lead

• Technical sales: Understand customer well objectives, identify suitable wireline services, and support technical discussions with engineers and field personnel.

- Team management: Set clear expectations, establish account plans and sales targets, and conduct regular reviews of activity, opportunities, and results.
- Coaching and mentoring: Develop junior salespeople through joint customer visits, technical training, proposal support, and constructive feedback.
- Business development: Win new business and expand existing accounts while maintaining sound commercial judgment.
- Sales discipline: Ensure consistent CRM use, accurate opportunity tracking, timely follow-up, and reliable forecasting.
- Operational coordination:



Work closely with operations and technical personnel to ensure proposals reflect our capabilities and customer commitments are delivered.

What you bring

• Strong working knowledge of cased-hole electric wireline applications and services.

• A demonstrated ability to translate technical knowledge into customer solutions and profitable business.

• Experience managing a sales team, setting expectations, and holding people accountable.

• A record of coaching and developing less experienced salespeople.

• Robust communication, organization, and negotiation skills.

Technical expertise, active team leadership, and mentoring are essential to success in this position. Candidates should be prepared to discuss specific examples of their experience in each area.
