Position: Transactional Attorney
Type: Contract
Compensation: $90-$130/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: Part-time, flexible, task-based
No prior AI experience required.
Role Responsibilities
- Run simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
- Review AI responses to contract scenarios and give expert feedback.
- Build clear grading criteria for contract work.
- Help refine guidelines for AI contract review.
Requirements
- 3+ years of in-house experience in technology transactions, including MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and derivatives.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Robust analytical skills and sound legal judgment.
- M&A; or fund formation experience at a corporate law firm is a plus.
