Provide long-term care nursing for complex, reliable residents at Island Health, using assessments, personal care, and medication administration skills.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under a Manager or designate within a multidisciplinary team. This regular part-time position follows rotating days and 0700-1900 or 1900-0700 shifts. Care is delivered within BC College of Nurses and Midwives standards, agency policies, and unit protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess complex but stable residents and clients
- Plan and provide personal care
- Perform nursing procedures within full scope
- Administer medications according to practice standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members

Requirements:

- Practice registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Organize work and implement care plans
- Operate related equipment safely and competently
- Remain physically able to perform position duties
