The Maintenance Partner completes building maintenance across hotel systems and guest-facing service requests. Duties include HVAC preventive maintenance, pool treatment, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, and life safety monitoring. The role also supports contractors, security, emergency response, and detailed records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform HVAC preventive maintenance throughout the building
- Test, clean, and treat pool systems
- Complete minor electrical, plumbing, patching, and painting repairs
- Monitor and maintain fire and life safety systems
- Respond to partner, guest, and departmental service requests

Requirements:

- Two years minimum maintenance and HVAC experience preferred
- Experience in hotel, commercial, office, or retail settings
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including overnight schedules
- Knowledge of building automation and lighting control systems
- G Class license, clean driving record, and Smart Serve certification
