As a Wellbeing Carer, also known as a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Carer at Bupa, you will help residents explore interests and discover passions. You will support residents with cognitive impairment or mental health needs while collaborating with the Lifestyle Coordinator and care team. The role includes documenting progress, escalating concerns, and maintaining safe routines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate art classes, gardening clubs, day trips, and movie nights
- Connect residents through games, conversations, and afternoon tea
- Assist with mealtimes, outings, and emotional support




- Gather resident feedback through surveys and family conferences
- Follow infection control and food safety protocols

Requirements:

- Previous elder care experience in aged care or community settings
- Passion for enriching residents' lives and creating connection
- Versatile, adaptable, creative, and willing to face challenges
- Excellent communication and effective collaboration skills
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
