ParaMed Home Health Care in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to perform scheduled community visits and provide high-quality nursing care in patients' homes. You will develop and monitor care plans, document patient encounters, and work with RNs for more complex cases.

You will travel within a designated area, maintain skilled records, and participate in after-hours on-call coverage to ensure patient safety and continuity of care.
