The Automation Specialist designs automated systems from application specifications and writes functional analyses. The work includes programming PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, cameras, and other automated equipment. It also supports performance testing, customer expectations, warranty service, and operator training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design automated systems from application specifications
- Develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs
- Conduct performance tests with 3D emulation tools
- Commission automated equipment on site
- Analyze equipment malfunctions and determine corrective actions
