Community Living Oakville is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day people operations and align HR practices with our mission and values. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will coach the HR Generalist, manage HRIS data integrity, and ensure compliance with ESA, OHSA, and related laws.

You will drive recruitment strategy, onboarding excellence, and a culture of psychological safety, recognition, and development.
