Build Accounts Payable experience with Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. in Toronto through SAP, Basware, and Excel. This Winter 2027 placement uses a hybrid schedule.

The Accounts Payable Co-op supports Lindt Canada's Accounts Payable team from January through April 2027. You will assist with invoice matching, indirect expense processing, statement reconciliation, and vendor inquiries. The placement also involves collaboration across Finance, Intercompany factories, Supply Planning, and Packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

- Match Intercompany invoices with receipts in SAP
- Match co-pack, labor, and packaging invoices in SAP
- Process indirect expenses using Basware
- Reconcile statements and respond to AP vendor inquiries
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

- Current enrollment in an accredited finance or accounting co-operative program
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with foreign currency transactions
- Intermediate Excel skills, including VLookup and Pivot tables
- Robust organization, analytical skills, and attention to detail
