You will serve as a primary contact for prospective and current residents on the on-site property team. This position supports resident satisfaction, renewals, occupancy, and move-ins through responsive service. Success requires rapport-building, property knowledge, organization, and skilled communication with residents and teammates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve resident issues promptly and follow up on requests
- Encourage community interaction through outreach and service
- Actively secure resident renewals and maintain resident satisfaction




- Conduct zone walks and quality control spot checks
- Prepare apartments, keys, and locks for move-ins
