As an Insurance Associate, you will own client files after initial planning meetings and work with Estate and Insurance Planners, Advisors, clients, and carriers. You will complete applications, manage underwriting, coordinate policy delivery, and support ongoing policy service. The position also includes insurance marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete insurance applications and explain documentation requirements
- Submit accurate applications and obtain missing information
- Manage cases through underwriting and policy delivery
- Coordinate requirements, timelines, updates, and routine issue resolution




- Maintain records and support policy changes and beneficiary updates

Requirements:

- Three-plus years in life and health insurance
- Two years completing applications directly with clients
- Current Life and Accident and Sickness licence
- Knowledge of insurance products and estate planning principles
- Experience using carrier systems, CRM, and planning software
