As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will administer prescribed medications and treatments according to College of Nurses of Ontario standards. You will complete assessments, RAPS, and care plans while promoting self-care, wellness, adaptation, and preventative health education. The position also includes supporting unregulated care workers through guidance, training, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to established standards
- Document and follow up on client, family, and team concerns
- Promote self-care, wellness, adaptation, and preventative health education




- Complete assessments, RAPS, and care plans within required timeframes
- Guide, train, and educate unregulated care workers

Requirements:

- Current Registered Practical Nurse registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate
- Current Medication Administration Certificate
- At least one year of geriatric nursing, healthcare, or rehabilitation experience
- Successful Vulnerable Sector Check, police check, and tuberculosis screening
