Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

- Translate requirements and workflows into clear, intuitive, and build-ready UI/UX designs.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
- Work hands-on within an agile product team, participating in sprint ceremonies and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.
- Design mobile app interfaces following established design patterns and guidance from the Senior UX Designer.
- Iterate quickly to deliver practical, user-friendly solutions balancing speed with quality.

About You

The company is looking for:

- Solid UI/UX fundamentals with the ability to design clear and intuitive user experiences.
- Experience with mobile app design and understanding of usability, accessibility, and modern UI patterns.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical,



build-ready designs.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- At least 6 months of UX design experience, such as a Co-Op or equivalent assignment.
- Nice to have: exposure to design systems, familiarity with AI-assisted design tools, experience with operational or service-based workflows, and basic usability testing or feedback incorporation.

Compensation & Benefits

- Hourly wage of $23.
