This Transportation Supervisor supports OPENLANE's Logistics team across vehicle transportation operations and supply chain activities. The role supervises daily team performance, oversees network movement, and improves cross-functional processes. It requires transportation management systems knowledge, carrier relationship management, and solid communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise team activities through coaching and time management
- Oversee end-to-end vehicle routing, scheduling, and planning
- Investigate client-reported delivery issues and coordinate corrective actions
- Monitor provider reports, delays, exceptions, and transportation risks




- Recommend logistics process improvements to the Director of Logistics

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in vehicle transport, logistics, or supply chain
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Experience onboarding and training logistics department employees
- Advanced Microsoft Office, Access, and Excel knowledge
- Carrier relationship management and contractual performance oversight
