The Technician III operates facilities and supporting systems while maintaining mechanical equipment and other systems. Responsibilities include structured inspections, corrective maintenance, routine services, and on-demand requests. The position also supports facility uptime, asset integrity, client operations, and established processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate facility mechanical and supporting systems
- Conduct facility walkthroughs and equipment monitoring inspections
- Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance
- Respond to routine and on-demand service requests
- Manage work orders through completion and record resolutions
Requirements:
- High school diploma with trades training or certification
- Minimum three years maintaining HVAC, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems
- Knowledge of facility operations and maintenance practices
- Knowledge of BAS and HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license and appropriate security clearance eligibility
