This community nursing opportunity is open to Registered Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses with diverse backgrounds. CareKW's responsibilities include patient and family-centred care, respiratory and physical assessments, suctioning, feeding support, and daily-living assistance. Every shift requires careful documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide patient and family-centred care
- Complete head-to-toe physical patient assessments
- Perform tracheostomy or oral suctioning
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Collaborate on patient plans of care

Requirements:

- Strong documentation and clinical skills
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Current CNO registration and good standing
- Valid work or study permit, if applicable
- Access to a vehicle considered an asset
