Southern Health-Santé Sud seeks a temporary Health Care Aide for its Nursing department. Under nursing team leaders, you will assist residents or patients with Activities of Daily Living according to care plans. The position requires a recognized Health Care Aide Certificate, Grade 12, and current Basic Life Support certification. One to two years of health care experience is preferred, particularly with elderly or disabled clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support residents and patients with Activities of Daily Living
- Follow care plans and established standards of practice
- Work under Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse,



or Registered Psychiatric Nurse direction
- Maintain competency through education and certifications
- Determine work priorities and methods using independent judgment

Requirements:

- Minimum Grade 12 education
