Gallagher seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager with at least three years of experience. You will manage construction, contracting, trades, and blue-collar risks across approximately 200 clients and 300 policies. The role serves as primary service lead alongside Producers and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of a Middle Market Commercial Lines portfolio
- Lead renewals, marketing, negotiations, presentations, and binding
- Coordinate recent business onboarding, policy issuance, and coverage reviews
- Issue certificates and process endorsements, changes, and coverage requests




- Build insurer relationships and advocate for client outcomes

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- Strong Construction and Contractor insurance expertise
- Active General Level 2 Insurance License in Alberta
- Advanced proficiency with Applied Epic and Trust Accounting
- Strong negotiation, organization, and client service abilities
