Our client is a licensed Life and Health Agency with Property and Casualty Broker licenses throughout Canada. The Claims Analyst reviews, processes, and reports incoming claims while applying client, processing, and business knowledge. Ongoing communication with internal departments and external clients is central to this work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process incoming Life and A&H; claims
- Review claims through in-depth analysis
- Prepare reports on claims activity
- Identify unusual reporting trends and issues
- Communicate findings with stakeholders and clients

Requirements:

- English-French bilingual ability preferred
- FLMI or ALHC qualification preferred
- Equivalent reinsurance experience considered
- Willingness to complete industry courses
- Ability to work in rapid-paced environments
