This Wellness Nurse supports residents, families, and team members within Experience Senior Living communities. The role provides medication assistance, electronic health record charting, and care-plan implementation. It also serves as Charge Nurse when designated leaders are absent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct decisions through servant leadership principles
- Manage medication orders, administration, storage, and documentation
- Implement resident care and change-in-condition plans
- Document care and complete electronic health record charting
- Manage emergencies and complete required incident reports

Requirements:

- Licensed Vocational Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse license
- Two years of senior living experience preferred
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong organization and qualified communication skills
- Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays
