Drive HR operations across GTA metal fabrication sites using employee relations and Dayforce. This full-time permanent role includes local travel.

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will partner with plant leaders, supervisors, and production staff. The position covers recruitment, benefits administration, policy updates, and training delivery. You will also support employee relations, attendance management, and safety initiatives across industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise plant management on performance and corrective action
- Support shop-floor employees and workplace relations
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, orientations, and training
- Administer advantages, attendance, leaves, and employee records




- Visit GTA facilities and support special HR projects

Requirements:

- Three or more years of progressive HR Generalist experience
- Industrial, manufacturing, construction, metal fabrication, steel, or rebar experience
- Employee relations and labour relations experience
- Human Resources or Business degree or diploma
- GTA residence, valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle
