As a Member Services Representative I, you will provide the first point of contact for members at the Yorkton branch. The work includes bill payments, deposits, withdrawals, needs-based selling conversations, and referrals. You will help members pursue financial well-being while strengthening relationships with internal partners and Financial Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide bill payments, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services
- Identify and respond proactively to members' needs
- Conduct needs-based selling conversations with members
- Refer members to appropriate internal partners
- Connect members with Financial Advisors for relationship development

Requirements:

- High School Diploma
