Reporting to the Culinary Manager, you will prepare and deliver foods in a retirement residence setting. The work includes reviewing menus, following standardized recipes, and serving meals attractively. You will also support special occasion meals, dietary procedures, and resident-focused service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver foods for residents, guests, and employees
- Review menus and production sheets before meal preparation
- Prepare and serve therapeutic and speciality diets
- Complete temperature audits for fridges, freezers, and storerooms
- Follow recipes, production charts, menus, budgets, and service schedules

Requirements:

- Food Handler's Certificate required
- Large quantity food preparation experience required
- Healthcare or retirement setting experience preferred
- Knowledge of special and therapeutic diets
- Ability to lift hot items and stand most shifts
