As Manager, Revenue Accounting & Reporting, you will report to the Director of Finance in a full-time, permanent position. You will ensure accurate, timely revenue data while translating complex information into actionable insights. The role supports senior leadership decision-making through accounting, CRM, and reporting expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee revenue data management and monthly reporting
- Complete reconciliations across banks, accounting, and CRM systems
- Prepare or review monthly revenue journal entries
- Manage Gift in Kind revenue collection and valuation
- Ensure compliance with audit, legal, and donor requirements

Requirements:

- Post-secondary accounting or business education, or equivalent experience
- Five-plus years in related accounting positions
- Proficiency with finance software and CRM systems
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
