YWT Dealer Services is seeking a Claims Concierge Specialist for its industry-leading Dealer Concierge Team. Reporting to the Claims Concierge Manager, you will create exceptional experiences, manage inquiries, and guide concerns through completion. You will regularly visit dealer partners, with occasional travel across Alberta, while training dealership service and F&I; teams on claims.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional experiences in every dealer and customer interaction
- Listen empathetically and set realistic expectations
- Turn escalated situations into positive customer experiences
- Train dealership teams on claims processes and documentation




- Meet response-time and customer-satisfaction KPIs

Requirements:

- Two or more years in automotive service, claims, and customer experience
- Proven record creating exceptional customer experiences
- Clear proactive communication and solid attention to detail
- Organizational and time-management skills for field scheduling
- Monday-to-Friday availability, including occasional flexibility outside regular hours
