As Communications Manager, you will lead Foundation communications within Equinix Corporate Reputation & Public Affairs. You will align messaging with Equinix's brand narrative, advance thought leadership, and deepen community trust. The role collaborates with Foundation, Marketing, Brand, Sustainability, Employee Communications, and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop global Foundation communications aligned with Equinix principles and values
- Steward consistent messaging across regions, channels, and cultural contexts
- Source community stories from partners, grantees, and employees
- Lead Pathways to Tech and global program storytelling




- Manage Equinix Foundation LinkedIn content, publishing, and analytics

Requirements:

- Five to seven years in communications, marketing, public affairs, or impact storytelling
- Robust writing, editorial, and visual storytelling skills
- Experience creating social, blog, report, and executive communications content
- Experience managing brand or social channels, preferably LinkedIn
- Global, organized, proactive approach across multicultural environments and time zones
