StafinGo seeks an HR Consultant supporting a federal government client in Gatineau, Quebec. You will review HR policies, analyze workforce information, prepare documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders. The contract runs from December 7, 2026, to November 8, 2027, covering 220 days with potential extension.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance on HR practices, policies, procedures, and organizational matters
- Review HR processes and identify operational improvement opportunities
- Research HR topics, assess information, and develop findings
- Prepare reports, briefings, summaries, recommendations,



and documentation
- Coordinate HR initiatives and collaborate with relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bilingual communication capability for the consulting assignment
- Recognized Canadian credential in HR, organizational behaviour, or related discipline
- At least 48 months of relevant skilled experience
- Strong research, analytical, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Reliability clearance and ability to work remotely
