Key Responsibilities:

- Assign work orders according to staff competency and skills

Requirements:

- Certified Alberta Journeyman Certificate in a building-related field
- Five years' Facilities Operations experience
- Two years' leadership experience, preferably unionized
- Valid Alberta Class 5 license and acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of asset management systems and BMS programs
