Oak Valley Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Interprofessional team on the Acute Medicine/Cardiology Unit. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, educate patients, and coordinate discharge planning to ensure seamless continuity of care.

The role requires current nursing registration in valuable standing, BCLS certification, and often a Coronary Care 1 pathway. ACLS is preferred and experience in cardiology is valued.
