Deliver oncology nursing care in Thunder Bay using complex patient assessment and Central Venous Line Management skills. This position requires French Level 2.

Reporting to the Manager of Oncology Nursing Services, the Registered Nurse supports complex patient populations with unpredictable outcomes. You will practice within College of Nurses of Ontario, CANO, and CCO standards while applying Patient and Family Centred Care. The work includes multidisciplinary collaboration, individualized care planning, and responsive clinical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide quality nursing care to complex patient populations
- Apply the Nursing Process to individualized care delivery
- Recognize abnormal patient responses and take appropriate action




- Consult with Registered Practical Nurses when patients become unstable
- Manage multiple nursing interventions simultaneously

Requirements:

- Current unrestricted Ontario Registered Nurse registration or licensure eligibility
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Recent medical nursing knowledge and complex-care experience
- Robust interprofessional and communication skills
- Central Venous Line Management knowledge and French Level 2
