Impact Recruitment is seeking a Calgary-based Leasing Coordinator to own the end-to-end leasing process for long-term rentals. You will manage owner requests through lease signing and move-in, with a target to place tenants within 21 days of listing.

Hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MST, in a hybrid setup (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Build relationships with owners, coordinate repairs, and ensure smooth handoffs with internal teams to keep leasing on track.
