This internship supports Tax Quality and Risk Management within RSM's National Office of Risk Management. You will assist tax teams with policies, professional standards, engagement letters, and other risk matters. The opportunity fits candidates nearing a bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, with strong research and business writing abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support TQRM initiatives across RSM Canada
- Participate in RSM International annual tax inspections
- Report regularly on ad hoc compliance projects
- Develop and update tax policy control plans
- Create TQRM training materials and attend team meetings

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree expected shortly, accounting preferred
- Accounting or project management background
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel
- Strong communication, research, and business writing skills
- Ability to manage concurrent projects independently
