As a Maintenance Worker III, you will perform skilled, complex maintenance under limited supervision at Sarcee, Facility Management. Your work includes mechanical systems, preventative maintenance, structural repairs, and records. The position supports washers, dryers, dishwashers, non-biomedical equipment, boilers, and cooling systems. You may also take a leadership role when necessary while completing other related duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check, test, install, repair, and maintain complex mechanical equipment
- Monitor, control, and repair boilers and cooling systems




- Complete required boiler checks and maintain accurate logs
- Perform renovation and structural repair work
- Implement and complete preventative maintenance programs

Requirements:

- Minimum 5th class Power Engineer Certificate
- Alternatively, A or B with Special Boiler Operator's Certificate
- Three to five years' large building and equipment maintenance experience
- Boiler operations experience within required maintenance background
- Valid Class 5 license, reliable vehicle, and basic computer skills
