LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Technologists provide accurate, timely interpretive and diagnostic specimen testing and reporting. This position focuses on Core Lab Chemistry and Hematology while supporting patient well-being through quality, productive results. You will prepare samples, interpret findings, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct diagnostic and interpretive specimen testing
- Prepare samples with accurate labeling and documentation
- Perform, interpret, and release confidential patient results
- Identify incidents and support corrective action plans
- Maintain laboratory safety and quality standards

Requirements:

- Medical Laboratory Science diploma, degree, or equivalent
- Current CMLTO registration in good standing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office and laboratory analyzers
- Ability to distinguish multiple colors
