We are currently looking for exceptional HVAC Installers to join our team! You’ll work in a team, with helpers supported by ongoing training. Your installation packages will be prepared for you in the morning. Simply load and go. You’ll be supported by a management team of highly experienced installers, who are dedicated to helping you take your career to the next level. You’ll never spend another day on a construction site - no commercial and no residential construction. You’ll run your own crew, and deliver an exceptional furnace and/or air conditioner installation to a current customer every day. You’ll drive a late-model, respectable, well-stocked, high roof van, and take it home to park proudly in your own neighbourhood every night.

Responsibilities:





- Perform complete installations of ventilation and air conditioning systems
- Install furnaces, condensers, refrigerant lines, sheet metal, duct systems, and connect gas lines and related equipment according to safety regulations and manufacturers specifications
- Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems and other components
- Ability to wire line and low voltage equipment
- Prepare for jobs by ensuring proper materials and equipment are available
- Maintain company vehicle and supplies
- Assisting with customers queries

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in the field and a willingness to continue your education
- Working knowledge of boiler systems is an asset, not a requirement
- Understanding of principles of air conditioning and heating
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs
