About the Role

This is a high-ownership role focused on building the top of funnel for our hiring function — driving proactive sourcing, pipeline generation, and talent mapping across GTM and technical roles.

What You’ll Do

Sourcing & Pipeline Generation

- Build and maintain strong pipelines across GTM and technical roles
- Continuously optimize sourcing strategies, messaging, and channels
- Map talent and identify high-quality talent pools
- Conduct targeted outreach across multiple sourcing channels and platforms
- Craft high-quality, personalized messaging to engage passive talent

Partnership & Execution

- Partner closely with the Talent Lead and hiring managers on role requirements
- Keep pipelines organized and up to date in the ATS
- Support scheduling,



hiring events and broader talent outreach initiatives as needed

About You

- Experience sourcing or recruiting for GTM / Sales roles
- Strong outbound sourcing skills — you know how to find and engage passive talent
- High ownership mindset — you take initiative and move things forward
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different personas
- Detail-oriented with a high bar for quality
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Bonus

- Experience sourcing across skillsets including technical roles (SDR, AE, SWE, Solutions Engineers)
- Familiarity with Ashby, Juicebox, and other modern sourcing platforms
- Solid understanding of the North American talent market
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environment
