About the Opportunity

We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor for a well-established automotive service facility in Mississauga. This is a great opportunity for someone with automotive service or customer service experience who enjoys working with people and has an interest in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate repair services.
- Prepare service estimates and explain repair recommendations.
- Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle repairs.
- Keep customers updated on service progress.
- Recommend maintenance and additional services when required.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.
- Automotive dealership or repair shop experience is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs.




- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using computers and service management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
