Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service, Sales Support & Purchasing Coordinator
Location: Aurora, ON (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Company Overview
Canadian Education Warehouse (Educo Entrepôt Canada), a division of Ma.S.T. Distribution Inc., is proud to celebrate 29 years of dedicated service in the education sector. Based in Aurora, Ontario, we are a trusted provider of educational materials and furniture for learning institutions across Canada. Our bilingual operations in French and English enable us to serve diverse clients, from daycare to post-secondary institutions, through both direct and wholesale divisions.
About the Role
Canadian Education Warehouse (CEW) and the Welcome to Kindergarten™ (WTK) program are seeking a fully bilingual (French/English), detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service, Sales Support & Purchasing Coordinator to support our national operations.
Reporting to the General Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting Francophone and Anglophone clients across Canada. The successful candidate will provide bilingual customer service, manage orders and quotes, coordinate purchasing and inventory, support WTK kit production planning, and help drive sales. This role requires frequent communication in French, particularly with French-language school boards, partners, and internal teams.
This is a busy, varied role. During peak periods such as back-to-school and WTK kit production, the pace is high and the volume is heavy. We are looking for someone who stays calm and organized under pressure, enjoys juggling many priorities, and works as a true team player.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced bilingual environment, loves collaborating with colleagues, and has a natural flair for sales and customer relationships.
