This Associate, Talent Acquisition role supports high-volume hiring across Pension Member Services and Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services. You will also assist Technology, Finance, and Campus Recruitment initiatives. The team values solid relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create job postings, source candidates, and conduct screenings
- Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and candidate communications
- Develop sourcing strategies through referrals and attraction channels




- Support job fairs and hiring events as needed
- Provide hiring insights from market and recruitment data

Requirements:

- Two or more years in talent acquisition or corporate HR
- Strong candidate assessment and recruitment practice knowledge
- Ability to support high-volume hiring initiatives
- Effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Independent, resourceful approach with excellent judgment
