Investigate auto insurance claims and negotiate settlements for Sedgwick while delivering consistent service to insurers, third parties, insureds, and claimants.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Claims Adjuster, Auto manages desktop investigations for assigned claims. The work includes reviewing coverage analysis, interpreting policy wording, and determining claim validity. You will prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and manage file billing within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive desktop investigations of assigned auto claims
- Obtain required loss details and relevant claim information
- Determine coverage and claim validity using policy wording




- Communicate with insureds and claimants throughout investigations
- Prepare reports and negotiate settlements with involved parties
