Requirements
- Valid Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) Certificate
- Current First Aid Certification
- Previous experience in a childcare setting is an asset but not required
- A positive attitude, patience, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities
- Support lead educators in planning and implementing daily programs and engaging activities
- Help maintain a safe, clean, welcoming, and stimulating environment
- Assist with the supervision, care, and positive guidance of children
- Encourage children's learning, creativity, and social development




- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and team members
- Follow all childcare licensing regulations, health and safety guidelines, and centre policies
