Lead global revenue accounting at Mitel with IFRS 15 expertise and people leadership across a global financial reporting organization.

The Senior Manager, Global Revenue Controller oversees revenue accounting under IFRS and company policies. This people manager leads team development, complex contract assessments, POC accounting, and financial reporting. The role partners with regional finance, Sales, Operations, Legal, and auditors to resolve accounting matters and deliver timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage direct reports, priorities, deliverables, coaching, and feedback
- Oversee IFRS 15 revenue recognition and contract assessments
- Manage POC accounting, unbilled receivables, and deferred revenue
- Review complex shipping, discount, and Software Assurance arrangements




- Prepare disclosures and technical accounting memos for reporting

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA designation and progressive technical accounting experience
- Direct people management and team development experience
- Strong IFRS 15 and complex revenue arrangement expertise
- Financial reporting, analytical, communication, Excel, and ERP proficiency
