This senior manager leads the newly established Working Capital unit within Global Trade Finance Operations. The position oversees Supply Chain Finance products, corporate borrowing accounts, and end-to-end operational processes. Success requires knowledge of trade finance instruments, LoanIQ, credit lifecycle management, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Working Capital procedures, controls, resources, and training
- Manage working capital transactions and corporate borrowing accounts
- Oversee reconciliations, documentation, profiles, records, and monitoring
- Partner with Product, Technology, Governance, Control, and Origination
- Lead teams,



escalations, service levels, coaching, and process improvements

Requirements:

- University degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
- Knowledge of banking procedures for trade finance instruments
- Expertise in lending, credit lifecycle management, and LoanIQ
- Leadership, communication, analytical, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills
- Availability for at least three office days weekly
