The Product Team Lead brings 10+ years across product management, business transformation, enterprise applications, digital delivery, or comparable programs. You will guide Enterprise Management System initiatives through product vision, outcome-based roadmaps, Product Books, prioritized backlogs, and measurable outcomes. Success requires translating business needs into actionable delivery priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and prioritize features with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain transformation backlogs and inform product roadmaps




- Direct Product Agile Release Trains through vision and priorities
- Apply human-centered design to product decisions
- Measure adoption, service performance, outcomes, benefits, and return on investment

Requirements:

- 10+ years in product or complex technology delivery experience
- 5+ years leading cross-functional delivery teams and outcomes
- Experience delivering large-scale Enterprise Management System programs
- 3+ years with Agile or scaled Agile delivery
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skilled experience
