Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this manager oversees the hotel’s digital presence and distinct restaurant venues. The work spans social strategy, website content, mobile app updates, analytics, creator relationships, and timely guest engagement. The role translates 1 Hotel Toronto’s sustainable identity into cohesive digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop social strategies and performance KPIs for hotel and restaurants
- Create monthly calendars promoting programming, events, and collaborations
- Update website, app, and in-room television content
- Manage creators, micro-influencers, briefs, deliverables,



and collaborations
- Report social performance and recommend data-informed strategy adjustments

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- At least two years’ social, content, or digital marketing experience
- Robust Instagram, content creation, trends, and short-form video skills
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, CMS, and social analytics
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada and schedule flexibility
