As Director of Sales for Urgent Care, you will own large deals at Blacksmith Agency. The AI-first digital agency provides websites, SEO, and paid media for multi-site urgent care groups. You will guide ownership, operators, and marketing leaders from discovery through signed contracts.
Key Responsibilities: Own discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closing across three to twelve months
Sell strategic agreements covering multiple urgent care locations
Manage conversations with owners, operators, and marketing leaders
Expand signed groups through additional locations and services




Build major proposals with strategists and leadership
Requirements: Record of closing at least $1M annually
Experience with enterprise or multi-location account selling
Urgent care, marketing, or agency services sales background
Experience managing long consultative cycles with multiple decision makers
Preference for closing business over managing people
