Use bilingual French expertise in remote clinical intake and triage for ComPsych clients across Canada. Provide immediate support for emotional, behavioral, and wellness concerns.
As a Guidance Consultant, you will support clients through behavioral, emotional health, family, and wellness issues. Conduct clinical intakes, apply clinical judgment, and connect clients with therapists, counselors, or other appropriate resources. The position requires empathy, critical thinking, and qualified customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct telephone clinical intakes and address client concerns
Refer clients to therapists, counselors, and appropriate resources
Explain eligibility, services, and available resources professionally
Document cases accurately within ComPsych’s proprietary database




Collaborate with internal teams to support continuity of care
Requirements: Fluency in French and English is required
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or behavioral health
Clinical assessment experience in mental health, dependency, and crisis stabilization
Experience supporting clients in crisis
Strong listening, empathy, judgment, and critical thinking skills
Apply clinical expertise, bilingual communication, and crisis assessment skills as a remote Guidance Consultant supporting ComPsych clients.
