Support multi-residential property operations as a Revenue Accountant at MetCap Living Management Inc., based in downtown Toronto with hybrid work.
This position reports to the Revenue Accounting Manager and collaborates with finance professionals and operations teams. You will maintain rent rolls, tenant ledgers, accounts receivable, LMR accounts, and chargeback accounts. Responsibilities also include monthly rent and parking reconciliations, vacancy loss analysis, deposit processing, and reporting. Property management skills, accounting knowledge, and strong Excel skills align with the requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain rent rolls, tenant ledgers, and LMR accounts
Reconcile rental and parking lease charges monthly
Prepare actual-to-budget vacancy loss analysis reports
Apply deposits and distribute LMR interest
Assist with special projects and required reports
Requirements: Property management skills considered an asset
Accounting background preferred
Robust Excel skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work individually and within teams
Bring organized revenue accounting expertise to MetCap Living’s multi-residential property management and monthly reporting activities.
