Provide resident care at AgeCare by following care plans, observing needs, and supporting a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
As a Personal Support Worker, you will monitor care according to established plans and report observations to your immediate supervisor. You will document resident care information, attend education sessions, meetings, and workshops, and assist with onboarding new staff as directed.
Key Responsibilities: Provide care to residents according to care plans

Attend education sessions, meetings, and workshops
Follow infection prevention and control policies
Requirements: Graduate of a Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma program
Meet Ministry of Training vocational standards
Meet National Association of Career Colleges standards
Know easy treatments and bedside care techniques
Understand sanitation, cleaning, and geriatric resident needs
Support AgeCare residents through compassionate care planning, observation, documentation, sanitation, and infection prevention practices.
